Job summary

Career Teachers in Rotherham is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will teach pupils with complex needs in a supportive, inclusive environment and contribute to their holistic development.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, a track record with SEN, and a patient, resilient approach. You'll work Monday to Friday, 08:30am–3:30pm, in a welcoming school committed to pupil progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Experience with autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and challenging behaviours.
• Patient, nurturing and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and classroom management.
• Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children.
