SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - North West London - September Start - Temp to Perm

Are you a resilient and caring individual with a passion for shaping the lives of young autistic individuals?

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in North West London. This school supports young individuals with a diverse range of needs - ensuring each learner has the opportunity to unlock their full potential with confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care duties where required
  • Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • Adapt support style to meet the diverse needs of each learner
  • Use positive behaviour techniques to encourage learner engagement
  • Understand how autism can impact learning and how to overcome learning barriers
