Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to inspire and support learners in a specialist setting. You will plan engaging lessons, assess progress, and adapt approaches for diverse needs.

Join a supportive team with strong values in child development, and contribute to lasting positive outcomes for pupils with SEMH, ASC, and other needs across our trust schools. This role also offers ongoing CPD and a stable daily supply framework.

Qualifications

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs).
• Experience in specialist or transferable from mainstream settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality lessons within a diverse classroom setting for learners with SEND.
• Provide guidance and support to students with a variety of learning needs.
• Plan and deliver inspiring, engaging lessons and maintain consistency and continuity.

Job description

The applicant is required to hold a UK QTS qualification and have previous experience working with students with special educational needs.

You will be required to deliver quality lessons within a diverse classroom setting while providing guidance and support to a variety of different learning needs. Students with special educational needs require consistency and continuity, meaning it is essential that our staff are reliant and trustworthy individuals.

This school provides specialist education for children and young people with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and Communication and Interaction difficulties. To be considered for the position you must:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with children with a variety of SEND.
• Have previous experience within a similar specialist setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and support staff.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
