The Role:
As a SEND Teacher, you will:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Possess a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new one through GSL Education.
• Hold a teaching qualification specifically PGCE, QTS, or ECT status.
• Bring prior experience working with SEND students in a school environment.
• Employ flexible and innovative teaching strategies to cater to individual student needs.
• Implement small-group or individualized support plans.
• Integrate ICT resources to enhance learning experiences for your students.
• Collaborate with school staff and external experts to develop personalized programs and environmental adaptations.
