Job summary

Job description

Protocol Education is recruiting a passionate and patient SEN Teacher to work in specialist and mainstream settings across Middlesbrough. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver personalised learning to meet individual EHCP targets.
  • Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
  • Use adaptive teaching and effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and classroom staff to ensure consistent support.
Requirements
  • QTS or equivalent SEN teaching experience.
  • Understanding of EHCPs, SEND frameworks, and differentiated learning.
  • Calm, resilient approach with excellent communication skills.
