• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons, assess progress, and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Work closely with support staff and other professionals to create a consistent and supportive learning environment that enables pupils to engage and progress at their own level.
• Contribute to behaviour support strategies, maintain clear routines within the classroom, and work collaboratively with families to ensure a joined‑up approach to pupil development.

Pupils present with a range of needs, and teaching is carefully adapted to ensure learning is accessible and meaningful for every child.
