Role: SEN Teacher

Location: Reading

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: £150-£250 per day (Paid to scale)

We, GSL Education, are actively seeking dedicated SEN Teachers with QTS to join our client school based in Reading. This position is set to start from September 2025. As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual student needs
• Creating a supportive learning environment that promotes progress and well-being
• Assessing and monitoring students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborating with SENCOs and support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Providing emotional and behavioral support to students
• Possessing expertise in either primary or secondary curricula

Qualifications and Attributes:

• QTS (Please do not apply without QTS)
• Specialization in SEN or relevant teaching qualifications are advantageous
• A passion for working with students with SEN & SEMH, and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being
• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
