Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Snowfields Academy is thrilled to be opening its brand new, custom-built Minster Campus in September 2025, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our growing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fresh, dynamic team right from the start of an exciting new chapter. You'll have the chance to help shape the culture, vision, and learning environment of a brand-new campus, where your contributions will have a lasting impact on our students’ futures.

As an SEN Teacher at Snowfields Academy’s Minster Campus, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, tailored education for students with a range of special educational needs. You'll be:

Developing and delivering engaging, personalised lessons.
Working closely with a dedicated team to create an inclusive, supportive environment.
Supporting students to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies for the best student outcomes.
Contributing to the development of the Minster Campus's positive, inclusive culture.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're open to candidates from primary, SEN, or mainstream subject specialist backgrounds. If you have experience supporting students with special educational needs, are adaptable, a strong communicator, and committed to inclusive learning, we want to hear from you!
