Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a SEN Teacher to cover English, Maths or Science across the Tameside and South Manchester area. This full-time, long-term role starts in September with competitive daily pay and local consultant support.

You will plan tailored lessons for SEN pupils, foster an inclusive classroom, collaborate with the SENCO, parents and external agencies, and monitor progress to adapt approaches for each learner.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification - must have completed ECT years.
• Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils.
• Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching.
• A calm, patient, and resilient nature.
• Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every child's success.
