Salary: £42,536 - £50,288
Start Date: September 2025

End Date: July 2026
Contract: Full-time

About the School:

About the Role:

  • Take charge of a Reception-aged resource base class with around 8 children with diverse additional needs
  • Design and deliver creative, needs-led lessons that support individual learning journeys
  • Work closely with a strong team of support staff, parents, and external professionals
  • Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds QTS and has prior experience in both EYFS and Special Educational Needs teaching
  • Confident in using adaptive teaching methods and developing EHCP-focused plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaborative practice
  • Deeply motivated by helping children with SEN reach their full potential
