About The Role

• Take charge of a Reception:aged resource base class with around 8 children with diverse additional needs
• Design and deliver creative, needs:led lessons that support individual learning journeys
• Work closely with a strong team of support staff, parents, and external professionals
• Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds QTS and has prior experience in both EYFS and Special Educational Needs teaching
• Confident in using adaptive teaching methods and developing EHCP:focused plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaborative practice
