Job and Site Benefits:
Requirements: Candidates should possess a QTS or PGCE and have relevant SEN experience. Confidence in lesson planning, curriculum knowledge, and understanding of student support needs are essential. Ability to implement behavioural and emotional management strategies, differentiate instruction, and deliver therapeutic interventions for students with complex needs, including SEMH and school avoidance, is required.
