For the right candidate, there is also the potential to start earlier, with flexibility depending on availability.

Deliver personalised and creative lessons for students with a range of SEN, particularly autism
Use a variety of strategies to support learning, behaviour, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with support staff and therapists to meet EHCP targets
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates progress and individuality
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with SEN and autism
Patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to overcoming challenges
