About the Role:

As a Teacher in the specialist setting, you will deliver engaging, creative, and individualised lessons that meet the specific needs of each pupil. You'll work as part of a collaborative and caring team to support students' academic, emotional, and social development in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages pupil engagement
• Assess and track pupil progress, adapting your approach where necessary
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and external professionals
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in enrichment activities
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare responsibilities at all times
