The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering tailored lessons to meet diverse learning needs, working within a highly supportive environment that prioritises both pupil and staff wellbeing. Collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
