Location: Chalfonts | Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (DOE)

The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering tailored lessons to meet diverse learning needs, working within a highly supportive environment that prioritises both pupil and staff wellbeing. Collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the wider SEN team, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, MLD, SEMH, or similar)
Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
