Job summary

TLTP Group are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant in Sidcup to work with an Early Years pupil in a full-time role starting September 2026. The placement is at a Bromley-based primary school serving children aged 3-11 with SEN needs.

Experience with SEN and EYFS, and the ability to engage and build positive relationships with pupils, is required. The school offers a supportive environment with collaborative staff, opportunities to develop skills, and a chance to contribute to the learning

Qualifications

• SEN experience in an EYFS setting preferred.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
• Able to engage and support children in learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and classroom activities for EYFS pupils.
• Build positive relationships to support learning and development.
• Work with SEN lead and classroom staff to meet pupil needs.
