Tradewind Recruitment Ltd in Brent is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting from January 2027. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, helping access classroom activities and develop essential skills while fostering inclusion.

You should have experience with SEND, good communication and teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding. The role offers competitive PAYE rates (£95-£115 per day), a full-time timetable, and ongoing CPD and support

Qualifications

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support.

• Safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.

The school is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join its team from January 2027. The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Is patient, adaptable and confident building positive relationships.
• Can respond calmly to pupils' individual needs.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism, communication needs or challenging behaviour would be advantageous.
