MyNewTerm is recruiting a SEN Support Worker for Prince Albert High School. The role, based on 33.5 hours during term time, supports pupils in mainstream or resource base settings to thrive and feel valued.

You will work within the Inclusion Team to foster a safe, inclusive environment, building strong relationships with families and the wider community while pursuing ongoing professional development.

• Commitment to supporting children with SEND to reach potential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake professional development and an apprenticeship pathway.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in mainstream or Resource Base provision at Prince Albert High School.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment for all learners.
• Engage with pupils, families and colleagues to promote inclusion.
