SEN Support Worker - Make a Difference Every Day

Location: North Liverpool & Sefton

Have you worked in care, support work, residential childcare or with vulnerable children and young people? Have you considered taking your experience into education?

We are looking for compassionate, patient and resilient individuals to work within specialist SEN schools across North Liverpool and Sefton.

Our schools support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and complex needs.

You will help pupils feel safe, supported and encouraged, building positive relationships and helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.

We're particularly interested in people with experience in:

• Residential childcare and children's homes
• Health and social care
• Mental health support
• Community support work
• Supporting vulnerable children and young people

Previous school experience is not essential. We value transferable skills, the right attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
