Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting for specialist education settings across North Liverpool. We are seeking caring, experienced people to work with pupils who require high levels of support throughout the school day.

We welcome applicants from care, residential care, healthcare or SEN backgrounds. You will support pupils with complex needs, assist with personal care, and help them access learning in a calm, patient, dependable manner. Immediate start and long-term opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is desirable.
• Experience with SEN needs or autism is a plus.
• Ability to support learning and personal care routines with patience and calmness.

Responsibilities

• Support a pupil on a 1:1 basis during the school day.
• Help pupils access learning and communicate effectively.
• Assist with personal care routines to support safety and wellbeing.
• Help pupils feel safe, settled and engaged throughout lessons.

We are recruiting for a number of specialist education settings across North Liverpool and are looking for caring, experienced people to work with pupils who require high levels of support throughout the school day.

We don't have to come from a traditional school background. We are keen to hear from people with experience in:

• Feeding and toileting
• Behaviour supportThese pupils need adults around them who are calm, patient, dependable and confident with personal care.

Your role could involve supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, communicating with them, supporting personal care routines and helping them feel safe and settled throughout the school day.
