Smile Education is seeking passionate SEN Support Workers to join our team across Willenhall and surrounding areas in primary schools. You will provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to children with ASC, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, helping them access lessons and participate fully.

We are seeking dedicated SEN Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to children across primary schools in Willenhall and the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and classroom activities
• Working with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and other learning difficulties
• Supporting emotional regulation, confidence and social development
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals
• Following individual education and support plans
• Monitoring and contributing to pupil progress
• Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
