Gravel Hill Primary School seeks a SEND support teaching assistant on a fixed-term contract running to 31 August 2027, 11.5 hours per week over 38 weeks. The role provides one-to-one and small-group help to pupils with SEND, alongside class teachers and the SENCo to enable access to lessons and social-emotional growth.

Work is on Thursdays and Fridays, 08:35 to 15:05. A relevant TA qualification and DBS check are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.

Responsabilidades

The post gives one-to-one and small-group help to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, working alongside class teachers and the SENCo so they can access lessons and grow socially and emotionally. The role is confined to Thursdays and Fridays, 08:35 to 15:05. Visa sponsorship is not available.
