Job summary

Willoughby Road Primary Academy in Scunthorpe is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Officer to provide administrative support for the SENCO and to ensure tracking and delivery of interventions to boost pupil progress across the academy.

You will be involved in coordinating assessment, maintaining records and supporting safeguarding processes while contributing to a welcoming, high‑quality learning environment for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support in a school setting
• Ability to track interventions and pupil progress
• Awareness of SEN processes is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the SENCO and ensure tracking and delivery of interventions to improve pupil progress
• Support assessment, documentation and reporting for SEN support
• Assist with safeguarding and general academy administration
