Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a 1:1 SEN Support Assistant in Horsham for a full-time, long-term placement. You will work closely with a pupil needing tailored support throughout the school day, providing a calm presence and supporting communication and learning.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is patient, upbeat, and emotionally aware, with comfort working closely with one pupil. Drivers are strongly preferred.
