Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

A Specialist School near Bradford-on-Avon is seeking a dedicated Graduate to join their team as an SEN Support Assistant. The school caters for children aged 4-16 with complex needs, including autism, sensory processing difficulties, communication challenges, and associated learning needs.

Job Description

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:

1. Provide support and encouragement to help students reach their potential.
2. Foster a calm, structured, and positive environment to reduce anxiety and build each pupil’s confidence.
3. Learn to implement specialist interventions to support communication, social interaction, and sensory needs.
4. Assist with challenging behaviors, pastoral care, and personal care.
