Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to work across Southampton and Hampshire. Start date is immediate, with day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements available.

You will teach students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other SEN, delivering engaging lessons and tailoring approaches to individual needs while collaborating with support staff. A flexible, resilient attitude is essential.

Qualifications

  • QTS/QTLS or SEN experience required.
  • Primary/Secondary qualified teachers open to SEN settings.
  • Experience with students with additional needs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Teach students with a range of SEN needs across Southampton/Hampshire.
  • Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons.
  • Support students’ academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with support staff and SEN professionals.

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are currently seeking SEN Supply Teachers to work in Southampton and Hampshire across a range of SEN schools, providing essential support on day to day, short-term and long-term basis.

  • Teaching students with a variety of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
  • Providing engaging and adaptable lessons to meet individual learning styles.
  • Supporting students' academic and personal development in a nurturing environment.
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and SEN professionals.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing appropriate strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in SEN settings.
  • Primary and Secondary qualified teachers looking to work in SEN schools.
  • Experience working with students with additional needs.
  • A flexible and resilient approach with the ability to adapt to different settings.
  • A passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential.
