Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking passionate SEN Teachers for supply, long-term and permanent roles across London. We cover a wide network of special schools and mainstream settings to place you locally, reducing travel and supporting work-life balance.

As an SEN Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons to pupils with SEND, manage classrooms, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with staff, therapists and parents to meet EHCP targets and safeguard best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching students with SEND or SEN.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The Role

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Unqualified Teachers
• Cover Supervisors with extensive SEN experience
• HLTAs with extensive SEN experience
• Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
