Job Title: SEN Sports Coach
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a motivated SEN Sports Coach to join a supportive school in Lincoln, starting immediately. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to use sports and physical activity to inspire and engage students with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities of the SEN Sports Coach:

• Plan and deliver tailored sports and physical education sessions for SEN students.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building through physical activity.
• Adapt coaching techniques to meet individual needs and abilities.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and structured setting to support students’ emotional and physical development.

Requirements of the SEN Sports Coach:

• Experience working with SEN students in an educational or sports setting.
• A background in sports coaching, physical education, or similar.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students through creative coaching methods.
• Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
