Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated SEN/SEMH Educators to support children with additional needs in local primary schools near Keynsham. The role focuses on building trust, stability and emotional regulation within a supportive classroom environment.

You will work with pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and SEND, delivering tailored 1:1 and small group support and collaborating with teachers and pastoral teams to help every child succeed both academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting children with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
• Remains calm, patient and resilient under pressure.
• Can build strong relationships and positive connections quickly.
• Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Is adaptable and proactive in their approach.
• Understands trauma-informed practice or is willing to learn.
• Is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
• Brings positivity, empathy and consistency every day.

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
