Job summary

Blossom House School is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher (Secondary Maths) for a fixed-term, full-time role starting September 2026. You will deliver Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils with SLCN, within a small class setting and a trans-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant teaching qualification, have excellent English skills, and be able to promote positive behaviour and collaborative work with teachers, therapists, and learning support staff.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching qualification is required.
• Experience with SEN is desirable.
• Familiarity with National Curriculum and GCSE expectations.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths to KS3 and KS4; modify curriculum as needed.
• Deliver Maths lessons to small classes of pupils with SLCN.
• Work with trans-disciplinary team including SLTs, SPLDs, OTs and learning support staff.
