Job summary

Kingsbrook School, part of Aspris Children’s Services, is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join our Education team. You will support across key stages, assist with pupils’ work and behaviour, and act as a role model while building positive relationships with learners and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Experience with students with complex needs is preferable.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support across all key stages alongside the class teacher.
• Assist with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
• Support pupil behaviour and welfare while modelling positive conduct.
• Establish good relationships with pupils and respond to individual needs.
