Qualifications

• Previous experience in care, healthcare or support work.
• Confidence providing personal care and supporting physical needs.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Someone who is comfortable working with children and young people.
• A genuine interest in making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Help children and young people with additional needs access education.
• Develop independence and support them during the school day.
• Provide personal care, assist with mobility and medical needs.
• Support communication and build positive relationships with pupils.
