£100 - £105 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Would you like to be part of a dynamic, nurturing team at a brand-new specialist provision in West Drayton?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our newly established setting, designed to provide high-quality, personalised education for pupils aged 3 11 with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN across a range of subjects and activities

• Implement structured learning programmes and individual education plans (IEPs)

• Use communication aids, sensory tools, and visual strategies to enhance engagement

• Support students with personal care, emotional regulation, and social interaction

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams

• Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment
