Job summary

Educo Recruitment is partnering with a SEN primary in Pinner to recruit a SEN Primary Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role. You will support primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning and develop independence.

The role involves 1:1 and small group support, assisting learning and behaviour plans, and working alongside teachers to deliver tailored activities in a positive, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Previous UK-based experience supporting children with SEND is essential.
• Primary school experience is desirable.
• A patient, calm and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Confidence supporting individual learning and behavioural needs.
