Polaris Education - ISP School Whitstable is seeking a passionate SEN/Primary Teacher to support children with SEMH and complex needs. A QTS is essential, with proven SEND experience and a proactive, flexible approach to differentiation.

You will join a small, nurturing team, deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour compassionately, and contribute to a trauma-informed, attachment-aware school culture, ensuring each pupil receives personalised support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) with strong foundation in early years education.
• Experience with SEND, particularly SEMH, is required.
• Proactive and flexible teaching approach with ability to differentiate learning.
• Strong behaviour management with nurturing, empathetic approach.
• Team player who collaborates to support school culture.
