What the role involves…

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you’ll lead learning for children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and SEMH. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching strategies, and create a positive, structured environment where every pupil feels safe and supported.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Teaching small groups or individual pupils in line with EHCPs with creativity and confidence
  • Creating inclusive and imaginative lesson plans
  • Managing behaviour positively and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Working with TAs, SENCOs, and families to build wraparound support
  • Helping every child reach their full potential—on their terms
