Job summary

This role is paid under PAYE with no umbrella companies. You must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one). Training and safeguarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in a classroom setting with children.
• Ability to promote positive behaviour and role model appropriate conduct.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting students’ learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher in management of the students.
• Work in classrooms, small groups and 1:1.
• Promote positive behaviour and be a role model.
• Observe the students and report back to other staff members.
