Job summary

Gumtree is seeking a SEN Nanny for a nine-year-old boy in Harrow (HA1). This role offers up to £22.00 gross per hour and 20 guaranteed hours across three days during term time (7:00–10:00 and 15:00–18:00).

Key Information

Job Title: SEN Nanny

Pay: Up to £22.00 gross per hour

Location: Harrow, HA1

Hours and Days of Work: 20 guaranteed hours across three days.

Term time: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM and 3:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Holidays: three 6-hour shifts weekly.

Essential Experience

• Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH.
• Experience supporting children with emotional dysregulations.

Desirable

• Positive Behaviour Support Experience.
• Trauma-informed care experience.

Driver Required: Yes – full driving licence; own car preferred.

Family Pets: One black Labrador and two cats.

Recruiter: Jade Fred, 9, is bright, affectionate and imaginative, loving animals, outdoor activities, rugby, swimming, kickboxing, Lego and games. Fred has dyslexia, a history of speech delay, anxiety and emotional dysregulation, particularly around school and transitions. He needs calm, reassuring support that recognises behaviour as communication.
