Job summary

Justteachers is looking for a motivated SEN Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Birmingham from September 2026. You will deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience advantageous.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding, excellent classroom management, and the ability to differentiate for all abilities. Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Maths.
• Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience advantageous).

• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
