SEN Learning Support Mentor - What We're Looking For
We're seeking graduates who are:
Academically strong: 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, Child Development or similar
Passionate about working with children or young people with additional needs
Experienced in roles such as tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or care (formal or informal)
Committed to a future career in education, therapy, special needs, or child development
Eager to learn about complex needs and work collaboratively in a school environment
