Qualifications

• Experience in education is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to support pupils with diverse needs in learning activities.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Helping children with Special Educational Needs access learning in a positive and engaging way.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience.
• Supporting pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Building positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to adapt learning activities and celebrate progress every step of the way.
