Job summary

Hertford Regional College is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join the Broxbourne campus on a part-time, term-time basis. The role runs 9:00 to 16:30, three days per week, starting September 2026, to help learners access the college environment and realise their potential through academic and pastoral support.

You will be employed as a temporary agency worker via HRG, with a pay rate of £16.00 per hour including holiday pay.

• Experience in learning support with SEN Learners, ideally in FE.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to promoting independence and well-being of learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners.
• Assist in delivering an outstanding learner experience at Broxbourne campus.
