They provide a safe learning environment for children with complex learning, social, and communication difficulties, which may include physical disabilities. The school also offers therapies such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, music, and speech and language therapies, especially when these are part of a young person's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The team works closely with therapists to ensure physical and emotional support for the children. There is also excellent on-site training and support, aiding progression to roles such as senior support assistants, teachers, therapy assistants, etc.

The Children: SEN Learning Support Assistant - Moderate Learning Needs - Woking - Education and Training

Children have various special needs including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities, with some children being non-verbal or requiring personal care.

• Providing assistance and support for children before, during, and after lessons
• Helping children understand and participate in tasks appropriately

Summary:
