Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Ipswich from September 2026. You will provide practical, academic and pastoral support to pupils with additional needs, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping them access the wider curriculum.
