Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a mixed secondary school in Waltham Forest, ASAP start.

You'll work 1:1 and 2:1 with underachieving and SEN pupils, supporting the classroom teacher to drive progression and tailor learning to each pupil's needs.

The role requires flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude to inclusion, with a focus on creating a nurturing environment where students can achieve their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 and 2:1 support to SEN pupils.
• Ability to adapt activities to individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support in lessons.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and instruction.
