Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable.
• A calm, patient and understanding approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Relevant SEN, education or childcare qualifications are advantageous.

Job Overview

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils with additional learning needs in primary schools across Weston-super-Mare. We are looking for patient and adaptable candidates who can help pupils access learning, develop essential skills and feel supported throughout the school day. Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable.
