Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting an SEN Support Assistant to work in Ormskirk and surrounding areas.
This role focuses on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and develop emotional regulation in a safe, inclusive environment. Applicants should have experience with SEN/SEMH or behavioural needs, a patient and adaptable approach, and a full UK driving licence is preferred to travel between partner schools.
Location: Ormskirk and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.25 to £15.50 per hour
Hours: Typically 8:00am to 6:00pm

Teaching Personnel is currently working with a number of primary schools, specialist provisions and alternative settings across Ormskirk and the surrounding areas that are seeking dedicated SEN Support Assistants to join their teams.
We are looking for resilient, caring and proactive individuals who can provide consistent support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
Due to the location of several partner schools, candidates with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
