Job summary

Bradgate Education Partnership is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant for Ratby Primary School in Leicestershire. The fixed term post runs until 22 August 2027, 26.25 hours per week during term time (plus inset days) across KS1 or KS2, with 1:1 and small group support, under the guidance of the class teacher.

You will join an experienced team and contribute to high-quality teaching and pupil progress, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent teaching experience.
• Experience of working in a classroom environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Lead small intervention groups and provide 1:1 support as required.
