Responsibilities:

• Support students with mental health, social, emotional, and behavioural needs on a one-to-one and group basis.
• Work closely with the school's Clinical team to implement tailored strategies that promote student well-being and emotional development.
• Assist students with ADHD, autism, and communication challenges in a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Foster a safe and positive learning space that encourages personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust approaches as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Psychology or Criminology) or prior experience supporting SEN students.
• A passion for mental health, autism, and working with children who have SEMH needs.
• A keen interest in various learning and behavioural needs, and a commitment to making a difference in students’ lives.
• The ability to reliably commute to Bedford.
