Job summary

Milk Education is seeking compassionate Learning & Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEN in Surrey-based settings. The role involves 1:1 and small-group work with pupils who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, and related needs.

You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals to foster positive behaviour and communication. The ideal candidate is a graduate or aspiring education professional with a genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Supports pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Helps students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively.
• Encourages communication, confidence, and social development.
• Creates a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Works closely with teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals.
